Read moreBlockchain is a database. It is a digitized, decentralized public ledger that can record transactions efficiently and in a verifiable way. Once a record has been added to the chain, it is almost impossible to change it. To ensure all the copies of the database are the same, the network makes constant checks.
Token is a unit of account that is used to represent digital balance in an asset. This digital asset and its cryptographic equivalent may be issued in order to attract investment in a cryptocurrency project or company. Tokens are recorded in a database based on blockchain technology, and they are accessed through special applications using electronic signature schemes.
Tokenization is a process of transformation of accounting and management of assets, in which each asset is represented as a digital token. The essence of tokenization lies in creating digital equivalents for real values in order to ensure better speed and security.
Smart Contract is a mechanism that involves digital assets and two or more parties that include assets in a contract. The assets are automatically distributed between these parties, according to a formula based on indicators whose values are unknown at the time of signing the contract.
Unlike cryptocurrencies, tokens are customizable. They can be emitted centrally (under the control of one organization), and decentrally (under the management of a predetermined algorithm), depending on the will of the issuing body. In addition to supply and demand, price formation of tokens can also depend on binding to an external asset, conditional emission rules or renumeration. Unlike cryptocurrencies, tokens do not have their own blocking.
Suntri Blockchain is a distributed ledger technology that uses a highly-customizable, decentralized, shared and replicated registry. Depending on the preferences of our clients, Suntri Blockchain can be private or public, closed or accessible for participation. It can be applied in both, tokenization and non-token models of crypto economy.
Today information is mostly stored on centralized systems, whereas Suntri Blockchain is politically and architecturally decentralized. It means that no one controls it and there is no central point of failure in the system. On the other hand, Suntri Blockchain is logically centralized, which makes sure there is only one commonly agreed state and the whole system behaves like a single computer.
The data in Suntri Blockchain is unchangeable, subject to audit, protected by cryptography and completely transparent, providing uncensored truth.
Suntri Decentralized Network is based on the principle of parallel operation of peer nodes in the system. It provides allocation of capacity resources among all of the network servers, which are not tied to the original source. This eliminates operational dependence of the platform on any particular object, and also makes it impossible for third parties to interfere. Autonomous operation of each Suntri node excludes malfunctions and guarantees sustainability of the system even if one of the nodes fails.
There are clear benefits of using Suntri Decentralized Network:

Suntri Platform registers all of the performed operations and stores copies of transaction logs on each server of the system, maintaining security and high performance of the platform. Every user of the platform has the ability to launch a Suntri server in the decentralized network and perform a register check using “consensus”.
Consensus can be described as the ultimate synchronization mechanism to protecting the network and ensuring successful completion of each transaction. The frequency of reaching consensus in the network is 2 to 5 seconds.
